Morning Class Schedule

Iain Grysak is currently teaching Mysore style classes at the Seeds of Life in Ubud. We are open for daily practice.

Iain will be practicing with Sharath Jois in Mysore, India from November 25 to February 1. Our Mysore program at the Seeds of Life in Ubud will remain open with Allen Enrique teaching while Iain is away. Iain will return to teaching on February 2.

Current teaching schedule

***Please email me at iaingrysak@gmail.com 12 to 48 hours before you arrive for your first practice with us.
When you write, please let me know:
1) Your starting date.
2) How long you plan to practice with us.
3) Your usual practice (which posture/series).
I will reply and let you know what time to arrive for practice on your first day.

Those who do not already have an established, daily Mysore style Ashtanga practice must commit to a minimum of one week of daily practice.

Tuition

* first two months must be paid for upfront for the long term (2+ months) pass rate.

Class passes are non-refundable, so please consider carefully before committing to a pass.

Payment can be made in cash in Indonesian Rupiah. USD values are given as reference for those unfamiliar with the Indonesian currency values.

Payment should be completed at the beginning of your first class. To pay by credit card, please email Iain at iaingrysak@gmail.com to arrange payment in advance of your first practice day.

Classes take place at The Seeds of Life Cafe, at No. 2 Jalan Goutama, Ubud, Bali.
