Morning Class Schedule

As of April 1, 2025, we have relocated to our new shala at Gayatri in Ubud. Iain and Allen are both currently teaching and we are open for daily Mysore style practice.

Current teaching schedule

Friday	Led Primary Series at 6:30 am
Saturday	Rest
Full and New Moon	Rest

***Please email me at iaingrysak@gmail.com 12 to 48 hours before you arrive for your first practice with us.
When you write, please let me know:
1) Your starting date.
2) How long you plan to practice with us.
3) Your usual practice (which posture/series).
I will reply and let you know what time to arrive for practice on your first day.

Those who do not already have an established, daily Mysore style Ashtanga practice must commit to a minimum of one week of daily practice.

Tuition

Single class	250 000 rp

* first two months must be paid for upfront for the long term (2+ months) pass rate.

Class passes are non-refundable, so please consider carefully before committing to a pass.

Payment can be made in cash in Indonesian Rupiah.

Payment should be completed at the beginning of your first class.

Location

Classes take place at Gayatri, 41 Jl. Monkey Forest, Gg. Beji, Ubud, Bali.
